FetchWhois provides a free domain registration lookup tool that queries the IANA RDAP (Registration Data Access Protocol) bootstrap registry and authoritative registries on behalf of users. The Service returns publicly available domain registration data as provided by the relevant domain registries.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Conduct automated bulk lookups, scraping, or data harvesting without prior written consent
- Facilitate spam, phishing, or any form of abuse targeting domain registrants
- Circumvent rate limits or technical safeguards implemented by the Service
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including those governing data privacy
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
4. Data Accuracy
Domain registration data displayed by FetchWhois is sourced in real time from authoritative RDAP servers. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of the data. Registration data is controlled by individual domain registries and registrars, over which we have no authority.
5. Intellectual Property
The FetchWhois name, logo, and interface design are the intellectual property of FetchWhois. Domain registration data returned by the Service belongs to the respective registries and registrars. You may use lookup results for lawful, personal or professional purposes, but may not redistribute or commercialize them in bulk.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FetchWhois and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
