.uk WHOIS Lookup
Look up any .uk domain — including .co.uk, .org.uk and .me.uk — instantly. FetchWhois queries Nominet's RDAP server and returns the full registration record: registrar, key dates, nameservers, DNSSEC and available contact details.

Nominet is the official .uk registry operator. We resolve the RDAP endpoint via IANA and query it live for the registration record.

Registrar, creation and expiry dates, nameservers and DNSSEC data are displayed. Nominet applies its own privacy rules for UK registrant data.
.uk domains: the United Kingdom's national TLD
.uk is the country-code TLD for the United Kingdom, operated by Nominet, a non-profit established in 1996. The most common second-level domains under .uk are .co.uk (commercial), .org.uk (organizations), .me.uk (personal), .ltd.uk (limited companies) and .plc.uk (public limited companies). Nominet introduced the direct .uk registration (without a second-level label) in 2014. The UK domain space is one of the largest ccTLD namespaces in the world, with over 10 million active .co.uk and .uk registrations.
Nominet operates its own RDAP service for the .uk namespace. Privacy rules differ from gTLDs: UK WHOIS data has historically been somewhat less redacted than gTLD WHOIS for UK-resident registrants, though GDPR and Nominet's own privacy policies have increased redaction in recent years. Unlike gTLDs, Nominet has traditionally had stricter registrant eligibility requirements — .co.uk was originally limited to UK commercial entities, though enforcement has relaxed. Nameserver and DNSSEC data are always shown.
